Aimie-Lee Juteau is a Ph.D. student in clinical psychology at the University of Ottawa who is currently completing her internship at the Child, Adolescent and Family Centre of Ottawa (CEAFO | CAFCO). She completed her graduate practicum training at the Centre for Psychological Services and Research of the University of Ottawa, Kanata Psychology and Counselling Center, Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, Centre for Pediatric Excellence, and Ottawa Centre for Resilience. Aimie-Lee provides evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment services in both French and English to children, adolescents and families under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. Some of her areas of practice include behavioral and mood-related difficulties as well as trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem and emotion-regulation challenges. Her approach to therapy is integrative and strengths-based with a focus on cognitive-behavioural perspectives. She seeks to create a safe, compassionate, inclusive, and authentic environment for her clients. Aimie-Lee emphasizes collaboration, warmth and the integration of each client’s unique circumstances to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.
