CAFCO’s mission for its clinicians is twofold: providing a sense of community and alleviating their daily administrative tasks. To achieve this, CAFCO offers regular presentations by invited guests, peer reviews, clinical discussion groups, and annual retreats to support our professionals with ongoing learning, training activities, and opportunities for informal exchanges. We provide access to shared clinical resources and tools, including a library of psychometric materials. Clinicians work in a warm and beautiful facility, equipped with a large room to accommodate groups. Our clinicians are supported by a dedicated and efficient administrative team. Over the past decade, CAFCO has developed strong partnerships with various community organizations, schools, and universities. We are a sought-after psychology internship site, offering our team opportunities for involvement in clinical supervision and research.
